Lio is sleepy enough that he's not fussing about being put down. But then again, why would he fuss at all even if he were wide awake? Galo's arms are strong and warm, and being with Galo is the first time Lio has felt safe in as long as he can remember.
Kray is defeated. Work remains. But they're safe. Their eggs are safe and will grow up in a world where they won't have to know the fear that dragons have lived with.
He finds his feet as Galo sets him down, wings opening to stretch. "I'm coming."
He is a bit distracted watching Galo strip, mind you, but he gets with the program and slips out of his own clothes before following Galo into the water. Oh. Oh it's hot and amazing and Lio sinks into it with a sound of pure contented bliss. "I live here now." Right here. He will be come semi-aquatic. It's fine, right?
