[Bren watched Essek lick at his thumb and he had to fight back a whimper. At least the ring bound snugly around his prick meant that he wouldn't wind up spilling himself then and there. It did not ease the ache though, the need, and Essek was right. It would leave him on that edge of utterly feral, all instinct and desire and heaven help anyone who tried to come to close to his mate. The moon-called wolf in him would not stand for it, especially strung so far along this edge as he would be by then.
