Keith may owe Lance a thank you later on in the month when he finds time to unwind himself from training and Shiro, but right now? He's more soaked in to that kiss than anything else in the world. He does, however, manage to note the fact that the door opens while Shiro has him pulled in to another deep kiss, and there's precisely no way in hell he's pulling back from that.
So, as he hears the door open, and then Lance's little comment, Keith does the best thing he can do -
Which is give Lance the one finger salute even as he keeps his attention focused on Shiro. They'll thank Lance later.. maybe. Or probably give him a lecture if it's Shiro. Regardless, Keith finally manages to pull himself a little bit away, a little flush spreading across his cheeks as he realizes that he'd just been kissing the life out of Shiro in front of Lance.
